I joined NewsNation host Dan Abrams yesterday for a debate with former federal prosecutor Shan Wu over the alleged ethical infraction Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito committed when he reportedly flew the Revolutionary War–era “Appeal to Heaven” flag on his property. Wu maintains that the conduct of Justice Alito as well as that of Clarence Thomas constitute lapses in judgment that amount to conflicts of interest, which should, at the very least, compel their recusal from the Trump-related cases before the Court.
