A Debate to Follow: Corporate Criminal Liability

Here’s a debate between one of my favorite legal thinkers, John Hasnas of Georgetown, and Mike Seigel. The question: Should criminal laws apply to corporations themselves, or to the individuals who act criminally within a corporation? Excellent reading, even for us non-lawyers.
