As a Virginian, my main concern with the Maryland race is who will pay for the refugee camps when hordes of Marylanders begin to flee the Kennedy Townsend regime. UNHCR has to take a major piece of it. I think DC should also have to accept some of the refugees, as well as Pennsylvania. In the long run I think Virginia will profit from the influx of new citizens with the gumption to flee tyranny rather than live under oppression, much like South Korea, Taiwan, and West Germany did. The transition will be difficult, that’s all I’m saying.
