I really wanted to like this, or think it was super smart, or funny, or a mix of the two. Jonathan Rauch — who I think is crazy smart — sent it to me. But I can’t get past an “Eh . . . okay” reaction. I can lay out all the reasons I think it falls short (we should have idiot web trolls voting instead of commenting because . . . why?). Update: One more thought. Their slogan seems to be “Trolls belong under bridges.” Well, from my reading of the relevant literature, bridge trolls kill people. Internet trolls just annoy. Why not feed Internet trolls to bridge trolls?
