I have a bit of hope for the future after my trip to the local waterpark yesterday.
The best thing was the lifeguards finding my 2-1/2 year old after he took off running into a crowd, and then going down a slide.
But, in the sun tanning area I saw a teenage girl & her mother sitting there reading. The mom was in her early 40s and reading the latest Glamour, the teenage daughter was reading Ayn Rand’s The Fountainhead.
