The Healthcare.gov website may have problems even after the Obama administration’s November 30 deadline, according to White House press secretary Jay Carney.

While Carney assured reporters that experts believe the site’s performance will improve by the end of the month, “that has never meant there would be zero problems with the site,” he said. Carney further hedged his answer, telling reporters the website will work for “a vast majority” of users by the White House’s self-imposed deadline.

The White House has tasked an “A-team” of technological experts to fix the dysfunctional federal exchange since it launched at the beginning of October.
