President Biden’s job-approval rating improved somewhat after the November elections and the ensuing GOP takeover of the House, but over the last two weeks of March his net approval rating went from -7 to -11 in the RealClearPolitics average of polls. The dip is likely due the Silicon Valley Bank failure, which happened on March 10.
