Another reason that Obama has been dropping in the polls even as he plugs for health care is probably that health-care reform is not a top concern for people right now. It’s jobs and the economy. No matter what Obama says on health care, as long as he is out there talking about it, a segment of the public is probably concluding that he’s detached from what they care about most.
