He should have announced it today, there’s just too much going on this weekend. If he waits until the morning then he’s too clever by half. Tomorrow we have youth football jamboree, preseason football, it’s getting close to the last weekend for cutting grass, getting close to the last weekend for swimming, and it’s first weekend getting kids back in PSR (CCD) at our parish. We have things going on, we’ll check back in Monday morning on the way to work. If he wanted to control the weekend news cycle then I think the right time was after Rush’s show today. Right now people are driving home not knowing anything about his running mate, but a huge number of people won’t tune in over the weekend.
