A federal judge has upheld Arizona’s law penalizing employers who knowingly hire illegal aliens, which was challenged by the ACLU, the state chamber of commerce and other busines groups, and several organizations, the likes of Chicanos Por La Causa. Unfortunately, it may be appealed to the Ninth Circuit.
