I’m surprised by how many people are content with believing an off-mic conversation rudely and unprofessionally put on YouTube is the full unvarnished final word from a commentator. The honest truth is that no one in St. Paul knows how this is all going to turn out and Peggy Noonan’s comments on and off the record reflect that.
