At lunchtime, I will be at Yale law school to discuss “The Triumph of the Conservative Legal Movement?” (question mark definitely included). The event is organized by the law school’s Federalist Society chapter and will also feature Yale law professor Samuel Moyn. More info here.
At 4:30, I will be on a panel at Yale College titled “Supreme Court Review: College Admissions, Student Loans, Coerced Speech, and More.” The event is organized by the Buckley Institute. My fellow panelists are Kenneth L. Marcus and Anastasia Boden. The event is free and open to the public.
