Salon has posted an article claiming that Judge Terrence Boyle, a nominee to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, failed to recuse himself in cases in whcih he had financial holdings. If the allegations are true, this could be trouble for Boyle, who was first nominated to the Fourth Circuit over a decade ago.
