I will be at Princeton University this coming Monday (October 30) to give a talk on “The Triumph of the Legal Conservative Movement?” (yes, with a question mark). The event, which starts at 5 p.m., is sponsored by Princeton’s chapter of the Federalist Society. (Yes, the Federalist Society has some undergraduate chapters.)
