Yesterday the Senate Judiciary Committee held a confirmation hearing on Neil Gorsuch , nominated by President Bush to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. According to this report , the hearing went well. Gorsuch also received a unanimous “well qualified” rating from the ABA.
