Massachusetts v. EPA

It’s hard to overstate the significance of the Supreme Court’s decision to hear Massachusetts v. EPA, the states’ challenge to the EPA’s refusal to regulate greenhouse gases under the Clean Air Act.  This could be a huge case — and not just for environmental law.  I previewed some of the issues at stake in this litigation here .
