Labor Day Trivia Questions

In my new Confirmation Tales post, I invite you to use the leisure of Labor Day weekend to relax over trivia questions that explore connections that various Secretaries of Labor had with Supreme Court justices and nominees. I pose eight questions that have nine total answers. A score of six would be very impressive. A score of nine would make me very suspicious that you resorted to outside help. Here are the first three:

  1. This future Secretary of Labor argued Supreme Court cases as an assistant to Solicitor General Robert Bork.
  2. This future Secretary of Labor resided with a future Supreme Court justice for more than a year.
  3. This future Secretary of Labor was a law clerk to a future Supreme Court justice.
