The Kennedy Court?

Justice Kennedy’s position as the swing vote in seemingly every important case makes it tempting to label the current court the Kennedy Court.  On her blog, Jan Crawford Greenburg offers some interesting thoughts on why she regards that moniker as inappropriate.

Just a reminder for readers in the D.C. area:  On May 30, the Ethics and Public Policy Center and I will be hosting a discussion by Ms. Greenburg of her new book Supreme Conflict: The Inside Story of the Struggle for Control of the United States Supreme Court.  For more information, or to register to attend this event, see here.
