I’ll be in Chicago tomorrow to take part in the Federalist Society’s Midwestern Chapters Conference. Specifically, I’ll be taking part in a panel discussion on the topic “Attacks Against the Judiciary.” My fellow panelists are Wisconsin supreme court justice Rebecca Bradley, federal district judge Stephen R. Clark (chief judge of the Eastern District of Missouri), and former federal district judge Gary Feinerman (N.D. Ill.). Former Michigan chief justice Robert Young Jr. will moderate the discussion.
