Federalist Society’s Executive Branch Review Conference

This coming Thursday, June 18, the Federalist Society will be holding its 3rd annual Executive Branch Review Conference, dedicated to the theme of “The Role of Congress in Policing the Administrative State.” The nearly day-long conference in D.C. will open with an address by Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell and will include six panel discussions and some two dozen speakers.

I’m pleased to be taking part in a session titled “Should Federal Law Enjoy a Presumption of Constitutionality?”

The conference is free. (CLE credit is also available for a small fee.) Register here.
