This Thursday, September 4, from 10 to 11:30 a.m., I will be taking part in a panel discussion at the Brookings Institution on “The Next Administration and the Future of the Judiciary”. My fellow panelists will be Brookings visiting fellow Russell Wheeler and Doug Kendall of the Constitutional Accountability Center. Brookings fellow Benjamin Wittes will moderate the panel.
