Activism vs. Restraint, One More Time

I’ve been rambling on the road for a week, but did manage to get into the NRO pipeline a critique of the risible claim by The New Republic’s Jeffrey Rosen that Justice Stephen Breyer is a paragon of judicial restraint.  See it here if you missed it.  (Complete with bar graphs to establish my campus cred as a political scientist!)
