President Obama will make his third trip to Las Vegas this year in an attempt to rally the troops and rescue the state’s Democratic candidates from the brink of possible disaster. The “pre-election rally” will be held on Friday, October 22.
Both Sen. Harry Reid and Rep. Dina Titus are neck-and-neck with their GOP challengers and will need a strong get-out-the-vote effort to stay alive past November 2.
Obama will be traveling to a number of battleground states this fall including Pennsylvania (October 10) and Ohio (October 17).
