Kasich Campaign Hits Back on Invacare Attack Ad

The Morning Journal reports on the fallout from Stickland’s embarrassing “Nilda” ad accusing John Kasich of not caring about working people because he outsourced jobs while on Invacare’s Board of Directors:

‘On behalf of Invacare Corporation’s 1,300 associates in northeast Ohio and 6,200 associates worldwide, the company is very disappointed that its home-state governor would attack it in a campaign commercial,’ a statement from Invacare said. ‘Invacare is proud to call Lorain County and Ohio its home and is proud of the contributions its associates make here every day.’

There’s also a great video of Kasich running mate Mary Taylor explaining the (many problems) with the ad at the site, but unfortunately we can’t embed it here.
